Returns & Replacements
MyVirtualDM Customer Experience reports are guaranteed to be delivered within business 14 days from date of order. Should a report not be delivered within that period, customer will be entitled to full refund of any amounts paid, if they so choose. In instances of a delay, MyVirtualDM will communicate via email to the customer and will advise of expected delivery time. At that time customer can decide if they wish to wait, or would like a refund. Refunds will be processed on the same credit card as original payment.
